The Completions Engineer plays a vital role in managing Mechanical Completion, overseeing the handover of systems from construction to commissioning for client start-up. Responsibilities include ensuring all acceptance sheets generated by the Fluor Completions System MCPlusSM are maintained, documented, and issued for sign-off in line with the Installation Work Packs provided to construction teams. This role offers the chance to contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale mechanical projects, ensuring timely system handovers to clients.

Key Activities

As the Completions Engineer, your activities will include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborating with project Work Pack Engineers to ensure relevant Completions forms are included in the Installation Work Packs (IWPs).
• Ensuring discipline supervisors understand Completions requirements in their areas.
• Liaising with the QA department to prepare ITPs for handover.
• Maintaining the online database provided by the client.
• Maintaining the master list of approved signatories.
• Generating handover mnemonics and certification specific to each IWP.
• Assisting in compiling Handover Certification Packs.
• Establishing and maintaining a Punch List Register.
• Attending daily coordination meetings and other required meetings.

Experience, Attributes & Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in construction or maintenance with Completions activities.
• Relevant trade skills and Completions Systems training.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working within a large project team.
• Self-motivated to meet client deadlines.
