Job Description:

Ashton Recruitment requires a Complementary Therapy Programme Co-ordinator for our client, Relatives for Justice. This role is funded by Victims & Survivors Services. The position is based in Belfast with a salary of £26,692 per annum, working 30 hours per week. The coordinator will manage and deliver a range of complementary therapies across RFJs support centres and online, supporting victims and survivors of conflict as part of RFJs Health and Wellbeing Programme, promoting healthy lifestyle choices and coping mechanisms.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and delivering Complementary Therapy Services to Relatives for Justice members.
  • Procurement and supervision of sessional therapists, ensuring professional standards and external verification.
  • Maintaining governance, data protection, and safe environments for therapy provision.
  • Reviewing and implementing good practice policies for face-to-face and online clinics.
  • Managing MYMOPS and Salesforce data systems in compliance with requirements.
  • Developing referral systems for additional assistance.
  • Liaising with staff and producing reports for management and funders.
  • Implementing monitoring and evaluation procedures.
  • Producing informational materials and maintaining records.
  • Performing additional duties as requested by management.

Essential criteria include relevant qualifications and experience in trauma-related complementary therapies, project management, understanding of conflict legacy in Ireland, trauma impacts, research skills, CRM systems experience, NGO governance knowledge, gender harms understanding, CPD in trauma, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel.
