Job Description:

Ashton Recruitment requires a Complementary Therapy Programme Co-ordinator for our client, Relatives for Justice. This position is funded by Victims & Survivors Services. The role is based in Wolverhampton, with a permanent contract, offering £26,692 per annum for 30 hours per week.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and delivering complementary therapies across RFJ support centres and online to victims and survivors of conflict.
  • Providing training and supervision to sessional therapists, ensuring professional standards and external verifications are maintained.
  • Managing procurement of therapists and overseeing good governance, including data protection.
  • Ensuring safe, professional, and welcoming environments for therapy sessions.
  • Reviewing and implementing policies for face-to-face and online clinics.
  • Maintaining data systems like MYMOPS and Salesforce in compliance with requirements.
  • Developing referral systems for users requiring additional assistance.
  • Collaborating with RFJ staff and providing quarterly reports to the Deputy Director and funders.
  • Producing informational materials and maintaining records legally and securely.
  • Performing other duties as reasonably assigned by management.
    Essential Criteria:
    • Relevant qualification in complementary therapy with at least three years of experience working with trauma victims.
    • Minimum two years of project management experience in a community setting.
    • Deep understanding of Ireland's conflict legacy and transitional justice models.
    • Knowledge of trauma's somatic impacts and holistic support delivery.
    • At least five years of research, report writing, and submission experience.
    • Experience with CRM systems like MYMOP, CORE, etc., for monitoring and evaluation.
    • Knowledge of NGO governance and therapeutic best practices.
    • Understanding of gender harms related to conflict and applying a gender lens in transitional justice.
    • CPD evidence in trauma.
    • Excellent presentation, writing, and verbal skills.
    • Full driver's license or ability to travel as required.
