A Multi Academy Trust in Norwich seeks a Complaints Officer to lead investigations and ensure complaints are handled sensitively and thoroughly. Ideal candidates will have experience in the education sector, strong communication skills, and a commitment to diversity. This role offers a flexible, zero-hour contract with a daily rate of £300 for a 6.5-hour working day.
