A healthcare organization is seeking a Complaints Officer to oversee formal complaints and ensure complainants' satisfaction. You will be responsible for investigating complaints, managing sensitive information, and drafting formal responses. The Complaints Officer will support investigation of all formal complaints, ensuring the main focus is the complainants' satisfaction that their concerns have been addressed and to ensure lessons are learnt when things go wrong.
