Leeds Federated seeks a Complaints Business Partner to lead Stage 2 investigations and ensure fair, well-informed resolutions. You will work within the Service Improvement team to drive learning from complaints and improve customer experience across the organisation.
You’ll manage end-to-end complaint handling, mentor Complaints Officers, and contribute to a culture of continuous service improvement while staying aligned with regulatory requirements and best practices.
We’re looking for aComplaints Business Partnerto join our Service Improvement team and play a key role in shaping how we manage complaints at Leeds Federated.
This is a new role at Leeds Federated, giving you the chance to help shape how we manage complaints and improve the experience for our customers. You’ll take ownership of Stage 2 complaints, making sure they are investigated properly, resolved fairly and that customers are well informed.
You’ll also look beyond individual complaints to understand what they can teach us. You’ll spot common issues, share learning with teams and help improve our services.
It would be desirable for applicants to also have management experience and knowledge of regulatory requirements for social housing complaints.
