Complaints and Regulatory Manager, Worcestershire, £45,000+ (DOE) – This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Complaints & Regulatory Manager to join an impressive team. JOB REF: 9414.

  1. This is a highly collaborative role where you will work closely with Solicitors, Partners, and senior leadership across the firm to investigate concerns, identify root causes, and implement solutions that prevent recurrence.
  2. Applications are sought from Complaints & Regulatory Managers looking to secure a new opportunity with a progressive law firm.
  3. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding the firm's reputation and client trust.
