Complaints and Access to Information Coordinator

Temporary ongoing

£17.09 per hour (Umbrella)

Office-based role

35 hours per week

Job Description:
  1. Work as part of a team to coordinate and manage members' enquiries and complaints.
  2. Register, allocate, and monitor complaints, reviewing MEQs to ensure correct classification and timely responses.
  3. Ensure data integrity through accurate input and provide weekly reports on open cases to monitor progress.
  4. Act as the central point of contact for residents with complaints, ensuring their concerns are acknowledged, documented, and addressed effectively.
  5. Handle complaints professionally, fairly, and courteously, in line with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
