A leading digital psychiatry service provider in the UK is seeking a Complaints Administrator to manage its complaints process effectively. The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, substantive administrative experience, and the ability to handle sensitive information. As a remote position, you will support both complainants and the wider team, ensuring high standards in service delivery.

Remuneration: £25,500- plus £1000 working from home allowance
Contract Type: Permanent/ Full time - 40hours per week
Location: Home-based/various UK meeting locations as required

The Complaints Administrator will provide and coordinate administrative support for our complaints process. The role involves monitoring systems, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, agendas, and minutes, and ensuring timely follow-up actions. They will liaise with complainants, families, and healthcare professionals, gather information for investigations, and support the wider team as needed.
Reporting to the Complaints Manager, you may also provide support across the wider Quality and Safety Department.
This is a home-based role (applicants must reside in the UK), though occasional travel may be required for face-to-face meetings at various locations within the UK.
