• 2-4 ans d'expérience post-qualification dans un cabinet européen ou britannique reconnu en droit de la concurrence.
• Expérience solide en droit de la concurrence non contentieux, avec exposition à la maîtrise des fusions.
• Intérêt réel pour le droit de la concurrence et désir de construire une carrière à long terme.

Responsibilities

• Impliquer dans une gamme variée de travaux de concurrence non-contentieux.
• Conseiller sur des problèmes de fusion, d'investissement étranger et d'enquête comportementale.

The Role

You will be involved in a broad range of non-contentious competition work, with the opportunity to support on contentious matters including private enforcement and competition disputes. The team advises across:

• General competition (antitrust)
• Cartel and behavioural investigations
• Merger control and foreign direct investment
• Regulatory matters
• State aid and public procurement
• EU, WTO and international trade

You’ll work closely with colleagues across Europe and Asia-Pacific, advising a diverse client base that includes global corporates, financial institutions, regulators, and governments.

The successful individual is likely to have:

• Ideally 2-4 years’ post-qualification experience in a leading UK or European competition practice
• Strong academic credentials (minimum 2:1 or equivalent) and a consistent record of achievement
• Solid experience in non-contentious competition law, with exposure to merger control, FDI, and behavioural matters
• Excellent drafting, analytical and project management skills
• A proactive, commercially minded approach and strong interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in competition law and a desire to build a long-term career in the field
