Lawyers on Demand are looking to bring on a Senior Competition Lawyer to cover a maternity leave. This position will be working for a multinational organisation specialising in energy and digital automation.

The ideal applicant will have a strong expertise in competition and antitrust law, including merger control, abuse of dominance, and anti-competitive agreements. You will be confident managing investigations, engaging with competition authorities, and delivering practical, business-focused advice in a fast-paced, global environment.

As a Senior Competition Lawyer, you would be responsible for:

Advising on a wide range of competition law matters globally. This includes providing strategic guidance on antitrust compliance, merger control, and distribution practices.
Supporting investigations and interactions with competition authorities.
Working closely with business units, legal colleagues, and external counsel to ensure compliance and manage risk, while enabling the company’s commercial goals.
You’d also play a key role in training and developing internal policies to uphold best practices in competition law.

Our assignments are predominantly full time, working on a hybrid model within the London area and surrounding suburbs.
