Job Description:

We are delighted to be instructed on this new role with our client, a successful independent UK law firm, which is seeking a Competition Lawyer to join its team in Edinburgh. The firm has one of the UK’s leading Competition practices, providing expert advice across a wide range of matters.

In this role, you will support clients on various competition law matters, including merger control and foreign investment reviews, as well as defending them in cartel, abuse of dominance, and other regulatory investigations. You will also assist in developing compliance policies, conducting audits, and delivering tailored training programmes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years’ PQE and have relevant experience in competition law practice. While not essential, a postgraduate qualification in competition law would be a distinct advantage.
