Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with company goals.
  2. Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis, and job evaluations to maintain competitive pay structures.
  3. Manage employee benefits programs, including pensions, health insurance, and other perks.
  4. Oversee payroll-related processes in collaboration with finance and HR teams.
  5. Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  6. Support the design of incentive schemes, bonuses, and performance-based rewards.
  7. Provide guidance to employees on compensation structures, benefits, and policies.
  8. Collaborate with leadership to enhance employee satisfaction and retention through effective reward programs.

What We're Looking For

  1. 5+ years of experience in compensation & benefits or a related HR role.
  2. Previous experience in IT, tech, or digital companies is a plus.
