Overview

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Specialist to join a dynamic financial services team. This is a replacement role, reporting to a senior leader within the HR function. You will work closely with multiple senior stakeholders including partners, managing directors, and C-level executives across various business areas, including alternative investment and wealth management.

Responsibilities
  • Manage executive and international mobility compensation programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver effective compensation solutions.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and communication, guiding senior leaders through compensation processes.
  • Support global compensation initiatives with a focus on the UK market and some US involvement.

  • Strong background in financial services compensation or experience working within a related professional services environment.
