What you’ll be doing

  • Take ownership of the project management and delivery of key ‘business as usual’ reward processes.
  • Lead reward workstreams in larger cross functional projects such as mergers and acquisitions.
  • Partner with colleagues in Talent Acquisition to provide advice regarding offer development and communication of the total reward package.
  • Support how we communicate our reward approach across Arm, helping colleagues make sense of their compensation and the broader value of their total package.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders including regional People Partners and business leaders to align reward activities with broader people and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with People Technology and People Services teams to ensure data integrity.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience in compensation, with an understanding of how it connects to broader people and business strategies.
  • Must have compensation experience in the technology industry and demonstrate a good understanding talent market trends including in the area of AI/ML. Demonstrated ability to apply this expertise to perform competitive analyses, benchmark new and emerging roles, and guide compensation approaches driven by current and emerging industry trends.
  • Proven ability to own and manage projects, with a high bar for quality and continuous improvement.
  • Sharp analytical and Excel skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear communicator, fluent in English (written and verbal), able to simplify complexity and tailor information to different audiences.
