Senior Compensation Consultant (Data Solutions)

Salary £65k – £75k + 25% OTE Bonus

London (Hybrid – ~2 days/week in office)

Are you passionate about compensation data and ready to work with some of the most innovative tech and professional services firms in the world? We’re hiring a Senior Compensation Consultant to join a high-performing team within a global Talent Solutions leader.

About the Role

Sitting in the Data Solutions arm of the business, you’ll deliver data-led compensation insights and benchmarking to high-growth and established clients in tech and professional services.

This is a client-facing role where you’ll:

  • Lead compensation benchmarking projects
  • Analyse complex reward data to uncover insights
  • Deliver reports and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with analysts, psychologists, and compensation experts
  • Help shape pay and reward strategies using real-time market intelligence

What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

  • Solid experience in compensation/reward – from consulting or in-house
  • Confidence working with large datasets and benchmarking tools
