Join our Finance team as an Accountant focused on compensation-related accounting. In this role, you will manage and ensure the accuracy of all global payroll and deferred compensation accounting data, interfacing closely with HR, Investor Relations, and external auditors.

Your future role:

  • Own financial accounting bookings and reconciliations for global compensation data.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential data with professionalism and integrity.
  • Lead the audit process for compensation accounting, acting as the main point of contact for external auditors.
  • Support the regulatory reporting of deferred compensation across jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments including HR and Investor Relations.
Your present skillset:
  • Part-qualified or fully qualified chartered accountant.
  • 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Experience in compensation accounting, ideally with exposure to complex compensation structures and deferred equity rewards.
  • Familiarity with global accounting and compensation processes.
  • Understanding of hedge fund structures and financial flows (preferred but not required).
  • Proven ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
