HCRG Care Group is seeking a Healthcare Assistant for Sulis Ward, St Martin’s Hospital, Bath. Join a welcoming multidisciplinary team offering full-time or part-time positions on a ward providing general medical and stroke rehabilitation support.

• Must have care-focused background with patient-centred approach.
• Care Certificate or willingness to achieve is required.
• Ability to work under supervision and within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centred care in line with care plans.
• Support daily care and treatment under supervision.
• Encourage patient and carer involvement in decisions.
• Promote independence and dignity at all times.
• Collaborate within a multi-professional team.
• Maintain clear and respectful communication; assist with language/hearing barriers.
• Document patient needs and preferences accurately.
• Support clinics and delegation of tasks with confidence.
• Perform occasional administrative duties as required.
