Job summary

Keep Education is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to support teachers and pupils in Harpenden. Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a school or with children is desirable.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND is advantageous.
• Suitable for both experienced TAs and those looking to gain classroom experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
• Work with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning.
• Assist with classroom preparation and resource organisation.
• Provide additional support for pupils with varying needs.
• Help maintain a positive learning environment.
• Support behaviour management in line with school policies.
• Assist with playground duties and school activities.
