Sirona Medical Ltd in Newcastle is hiring a permanent Support Worker to provide person-centred care across multiple locations in the UK. You will support individuals with daily living activities, promote independence and dignity, and maintain accurate care records.

This PAYE, full-time position offers 36-48 hours per week, a competitive salary of £27,144 to £36,192 per annum, paid annual leave, workplace pension, and ongoing training and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Support Worker, Care Assistant or similar role is desirable.
• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A willingness to undertake relevant training and professional development.
