We Change Lives is seeking a Support Worker in Atherton to provide person-centred care for adults with complex health needs at Bee Fold Lane 3L. The role is 36 hours per week, full-time, on-site, with pay starting at £12.71 per hour and rising to £13.21 after training and competency sign-off.

No experience is required as full training is provided, including tracheostomy and ventilation care. The charity emphasizes warmth, dignity, and support in a peaceful, home-like 10-bed setting.
