Job summary

Creative Support are currently looking to add a Support Worker to our supported living service in Hockley, Birmingham. We aim to recruit enthusiastic and energetic individuals who will deliver person-centred support to tenants, helping them engage with their local community and daily living in their own homes and in the community.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required, values and attitude matter.
• Ability to deliver person-centred support.

Responsibilities

• Support service users in meeting cultural and spiritual needs.
• Advise and support service users with tenancy management and home safety.
• Respect privacy and dignity while promoting independence.
• Encourage service users to express needs and concerns.
• Enable choices and participation in planning and decision making.
• Contribute to reviews with verbal and written reports and attend planning meetings.
