Job summary

Cera is seeking Support Workers in the Dolgellau area to help improve the lives of adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and mental health conditions. You will support individuals to learn new skills, promote independence, and participate in daily living activities in their own homes.

Shift patterns are 12-hour blocks, with days or nights; part-time or full-time roles available. Applicants must be drivers.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Social Care offered through work-based learning.
• Driver requirement applies; only candidates with a valid driver’s license will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals to learn new skills and provide new experiences.
• Help individuals with daily living in their own home to promote independence.
• Promote safety and independence, and support social activities and hobbies.
• May include elements of personal care as part of supporting daily living.
