Job summary

Prime Life is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join the team at Mill House in Fakenham, Norfolk. Both full-time and part-time roles are available, with shifts between 8am and 8pm across a 7-day week.

If you bring a caring nature, training is provided to support residents with dementia and other conditions, helping maintain daily independence. Benefits include fully funded DBS, holiday pay, free refreshments on shift and a Refer a Friend scheme up to £250.

Qualifications

• This role requires a genuine caring nature and a desire to make a real difference for residents.
• Prior care experience is desirable but full training is provided.
• Respect for residents' individual abilities and needs.

Responsibilities

• Providing respectful and dignified support to residents
• Encouraging residents to achieve the best quality of life
• Providing companionship and emotional/practical support
• Assisting residents to participate in daily living decisions
• Helping with personal care and activities
• Promoting independence in meals and daily routines
• Collaborating with professionals to implement individual care plans
