You will help adults with autism and learning disabilities live as independently as possible in a supported living setting, rotating across four bungalows with a calm, patient approach.

• Compassion, patience and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support people to live life their way and develop life skills.
• Encourage independence and access to community activities.
• Prompt and assist with personal care when required.
• Medication administration.
• Support budgeting and daily finances.
• Cook, clean and maintain a comfortable home.
• Provide reassurance during distress and follow Positive Behaviour Support plans.
• Support across different bungalows within the service.
