Job summary

Voyage-Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Taunton to help people gain independence and improve their daily lives. You’ll work as part of a dynamic team, supporting with personal care, life skills, and community access, including outings to bars, cinema, or games at home.

We value compassion, resilience, and flexibility; a full UK driving licence and experience with Positive Behaviour Support and trauma-informed approaches are preferred. Training and career progression are provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required or essential
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans preferred
• Reflective practice and experience supporting individuals with enhanced needs (distress, mental health, autism, trauma)

• Assist with personal care and daily routines
• Encourage community access and social activities
