Job summary

Dimensions (UK) Ltd. in King's Lynn is seeking a caring, reliable individual to support people to live independently. You will assist with daily activities, help with meals and shopping, accompany to appointments, and provide personal care with safe manual handling after training.

You’ll join a supportive team with flexible shifts including early, late, sleep-ins and weekends. The role offers training, career progression and a genuine chance to make a real difference in people’s wellbeing.

Qualifications

Experience in social care is not required, but caring and reliable attitude is essential.
Ability to build genuine relationships and support independence.
Respectful and patient approach to people with dignity and kindness.

Responsibilities

Support with daily routines including meals, shopping, and light housekeeping.
Assist with personal care and mobility, using equipment after training.
Support independence and accompany to appointments or activities.
Work as part of a team and, where needed, lone working with flexible shifts including sleep-ins.
