Job summary

Selective Recruitment Solutions Ltd in Dudley is seeking multiple Support Workers for ongoing vacancies across the area. Roles include day, night and weekend shifts with permanent and ad hoc contracts.

You will help with meals, personal care, household tasks, and ensuring residents receive their medications. A Care Certificate and enhanced DBS are required or provided, with training offered as needed.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Care Certificate (Training can be provided).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Enhanced DBS (Assistance provided)

Responsibilities

• Making meals, drinks and snacks where necessary.
• Supporting with household and domestic tasks, such as laundry, shopping, cleaning and financial transactions such as paying bills.
• Assisting residents with getting up in the morning, providing personal care including washing / bathing and dressing.
• Helping with undressing and going to bed in the evening, as well as providing help and ensuring medication is taken as required.
• Putting resident wellbeing at the heart of the service, going the extra mile to ensure our residents can live their best lives.
