Job summary

Experience with trauma-informed approaches and a positive attitude are valued. This role includes day and night shifts, with DBS clearance paid by CareTech and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS check (paid for by CareTech).
