Job summary

Community Integrated Care in Cowplain is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help residents live fulfilling lives, maintain relationships and explore new experiences in a warm, community-based home.

You will support daily living, personal care and access to community activities, working with a team of around 20 colleagues to deliver person-centred care. No two days are the same, and you’ll contribute to a welcoming, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for a caring, patient and reliable individual who enjoys helping others.
• No formal experience required; attitude and values matter most in a person-centred role.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and engage with the local community.
