Priory Group is seeking a committed Support Worker at Charnwood Lodge, Nanpantan, Loughborough. This permanent full-time role offers compassionate, person-centred care to residents on the autism spectrum, learning disabilities or mental health needs.

You will provide daily living support, promote independence, and maintain accurate records while working as a key worker. The role emphasizes resilience, empathy, and building meaningful relationships with service users and families.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and person-centred approach to care.

• Care or support experience is desirable; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks.
• Encourage participation in activities and community life.
• Support service users to achieve personal outcomes and goals.
• Maintain accurate records, care plans and daily notes.
• Build positive relationships with service users, families and stakeholders.
• Uphold safety, security and confidentiality in line with policies.
• Act as a key worker to help set and track goals.
