Dimensions are seeking a Female Support Worker to join their team in Colden Common, Winchester (SO21). You will support two men and one woman in their 50s to live independently, participate in activities, and access the community. Shift patterns include early and late starts with a 37.5-hour week, full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and moving and handling support.
• Administer medications and assist with health needs, including epilepsy rescue meds.
• Support access to community activities and weekly swimming sessions.
• Assist with meals, household chores and laundry.
• Encourage independence and person-centred care.
• Build positive relationships and tailor support to individual needs.
