Affinity Trust is looking for a compassionate and experienced Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred support to a lady living in her own home in Costessey. You will help maintain her independence and wellbeing, with attention to her daily activities and preferences.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and some experience in health and social care. Full training and NVQ Level 2 are offered to support your development and ensure safe, respectful care.

Qualifications

• Full training offered with NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.
• Some experience in health and social care is required.

Responsibilities
