Sense in Barnet (London) is hiring a Support Worker to help people with complex disabilities live the life they choose. You will assist with daily activities, personal care, and community engagement at Touch Base South East day service.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, warm and genuinely passionate about supporting others.
• Positive, can-do attitude in a busy, active environment.
• Knowledge of BSL, Makaton or similar communication methods is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support people with activities such as cookery, art, music and community trips.
• Assist with personal care, medication and wellbeing.
• Help with finances and day-to-day independence.
• Accompany people on local community activities and work placements.
