Job summary

Mencap in Corby is seeking compassionate Support Workers to help four adults with learning disabilities live independent, enjoyable lives. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, mobility, and community activities in a supportive team.

Part-time or full-time shifts available at £12.71 per hour. Sleep-ins required once a week. Driver preferred with an automatic vehicle available. Join us to make a meaningful difference every day.

Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with daily living activities and personal care
• Assisting with mobility needs including wheelchairs and hoisting
• Supporting people to enjoy social activities and community outings
• Providing emotional support and encouragement
• Working as part of a supportive team (no lone working)
