Mencap in Banstead is seeking a Female Support Worker to join our 8-bed supported living service. This full-time role (37.5 hours) includes day and evening shifts and requires a compassionate, patient approach to people with learning disabilities.

You will assist with daily living, provide emotional support, and work in a person-centred environment where each resident is treated with respect and dignity. DBS checks apply.

Qualifications
