The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking compassionate Support Practitioners in Galashiels to assist individuals living in their own homes with daily activities, including personal care and medication support. The role emphasizes care, independence, and a person-centered approach within a supportive team.

Applicants must be female with a full UK driving licence. No prior care experience required; full training including SVQ is provided.

Responsabilidades

• Assist individuals living in their own homes with daily activities and support needs.
• Provide support with medication and finances, housekeeping, meal preparation and personal care.
• Engage clients in hobbies and social activities to promote wellbeing.
• Record observations and communicate effectively with the team to ensure consistent care.
