Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland Limited is recruiting female Support Practitioners to assist individuals living in their own homes in Galashiels. You’ll receive comprehensive training including a fully funded SVQ and no prior care experience is required.

A full UK manual driving licence is essential due to service needs. You will support clients with daily living tasks, medication, finances, and personal care, while promoting independence and involvement in hobbies and activities.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a home-based setting with disabilities
• Willingness to learn and develop care skills
• Good observation and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in daily living activities (medication, finances, housework, meals, personal care)
