Job summary

HC-One in Scotland is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care home teams. In this nurse-led environment you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care, support residents and their families, and contribute to a positive, safe living atmosphere.

You will work with multidisciplinary colleagues, uphold safeguarding, maintain up-to-date NMC PIN, and take part in ongoing professional development and career pathways HC-One provides.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN and at least 12 months’ experience in Health or Social Care.
• Commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding training.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to residents in a care home setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support residents’ wellbeing.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff and students as needed.
• Uphold safeguarding and professional standards.
