Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care and support to residents, including administering medication and communicating with healthcare professionals as necessary.
• Conducting assessments and developing individualized care plans for each resident.
• Supervising and managing care assistants and other nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Following policies to provide person-centered care.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating care plans as required.
• Managing emergencies and situations that may arise during your shift.
