Job summary

Waterlooville-based residential home is seeking compassionate care and support workers to join a team of around 20 colleagues. You will help residents with daily living, personal care where required, and accompany them to community activities, supporting independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support roles is beneficial.
• Ability to support daily living activities with patience and respect.
• Willingness to participate in community activities and outings.
