Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have at least a 10th grade education; HS Diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Background in shared decision‑making processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with compassionate routine daily nursing care and services.
• Attend and participate in scheduled training to obtain Nursing Assistant certification.
• Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath and other care functions as necessary.
• Prepare residents for meals, serve food and record intake of food and fluids.
• All other duties as assigned.
