Job summary

Marton Care Homes, at Dene Grange in Hexham, is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join a close-knit team dedicated to compassionate, person-centred care. We value warmth, reliability, and collaborative leadership, and you’ll work on site at Dene Grange with some evening and weekend shifts to support our residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Active NMC pin with no restrictions.
• Qualified nurse with current NMC registration.
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends.
• Previous care/hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain individualised care plans in partnership with residents, relatives and health professionals.
• Administer prescribed medications, dressings, and basic wound care as required.
• Lead and support junior care and ancillary staff to maintain high care standards.
• Ensure accurate records and adherence to NMC guidelines and company policy.
