Aurem Care in the United Kingdom is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality clinical care and support residents to live fulfilling lives. You will join a busy team and play a vital role in health monitoring, medication management, and safeguarding.

This role offers a bank contract option with shifts across weekdays, nights and weekends, 28 days annual leave, NMC revalidation support, pension, life insurance, and access to learning via Hippo.

Qualifications

• Previous nursing experience.
• A valid NMC PIN.
• Compassion, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
• A commitment to promoting residents' interests, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care and support to our residents.
• Ensure the ongoing health, wellbeing, and safety of residents.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical developments and best practice.
• Safely manage, administer, and record medication, including controlled drugs and oxygen, in line with NMC requirements and company procedures.
• Understand and follow Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults policies and procedures, reporting concerns appropriately.
• Accurately maintain resident records using our electronic care planning system, Nourish.
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate positive caring values in all aspects of practice.
• Undertake additional duties as required to support excellent service delivery.
