Job summary
Aurem Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our UK care home team, delivering high-quality clinical care and supporting residents to live meaningful lives in a warm, person-centred environment. You will hold a valid NMC PIN, bring compassion and excellent communication, and work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
The role offers day shifts, 24 or 36 hours per week with permanent contracts, and pay of £23 per hour, plus benefits such as NMC revalidation support, free
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN.
- Experience in care settings is required.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centred care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred care and support to residents.
- Ensure ongoing health, wellbeing, and safety.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical developments and best practice.
- Safely manage, administer, and record medication, including controlled drugs and oxygen, in line with NMC requirements and procedures.
- Follow Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults policies and report concerns.
- Maintain resident records using Nourish electronic care planning system.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrate positive caring values in all practice.
- Undertake additional duties to support service delivery.
