Job summary

Westbourne Academy is seeking a Teaching Assistant – Personal Care on a permanent, term-time contract commencing as soon as possible. The role offers 28.33 hours per week during 39 weeks per year, in the £16,585–£17,115 range, NJC scale points 4–6.

The successful candidate will support students with personal care, promote independence and work within a dynamic secondary academy under the Academy Transformation Trust.

Qualifications

• Grade C/4 in English and Maths or equivalent.
• Experience in education is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to support students with personal care and promote independence.
