Job summary

Lancashire Independent Living Service in the Preston area is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide support to a lady in her own home and in the local community. Duties include helping with daily life, meal preparation, light domestic tasks and organisation.

The successful candidate will be caring, proactive and motivated, with flexibility to cover holidays or sickness. Previous experience working with adults with learning difficulties is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with learning difficulties preferred.
• Willingness to cover holidays and/or sickness.
• Role involves home and community support, not personal care.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to a lady in her own home and in the local community.
• Assist with daily life activities, including meal preparation and light domestic duties.
• Help with organisation and personal routines as required.
