Job summary

Self Directed Support Options Fife is looking for a reliable Personal Assistant to support a female client in Kilconquhar. You will join a small team to provide tailored care that keeps the client’s goals and wellbeing at the centre of her daily life.

Experience in social care is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided. A full driving licence and PVG check (or willingness to obtain one) are required; a positive, compassionate approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Female applicants only due to occupational requirement.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the client to take part in chosen activities and community outings.
• Driving to appointments, leisure activities and community events.
• Light household duties and general support around the home.
• Encouraging independence and supporting informed decision‑making.
• Promoting dignity, respect and active participation in the community.
• Occasional prompting with personal care.
• Supporting access to gym and leisure activities the client enjoys.
