Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Leeds (LS17) seeks a compassionate Personal Assistant/Carer to support daily living and social activities for a client in the community and at home.

You will assist with personal care, meals, mobility exercises, appointments, and light household tasks while promoting independence and engagement. Driving licence and access to a car are essential; full training provided. 27.5 hours per week, days negotiable.

Qualifications

• Must have driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: dressing, toileting, incontinence care, medication assistance
• Supporting with meals: preparing and serving nutritious meals/snacks, tea and coffee, occasional feeding support
• Mobility and exercise: encouraging and assisting with walking/physiotherapy exercises, wheelchair support for outings
• Outings and appointments: accompanying to the cinema, social visits, doctors and hospital appointments
• Household tasks: laundry and light domestic support
• Social support: encouraging engagement with friends, family, and community
