No personal care required; training is provided to cover epilepsy and autism awareness, ensuring a respectful, person-centred approach.

The role is permanent, 36 hours per week, with 24-hour shifts on a rolling rota and competitive hourly pay of £13.45. PVG check and references required, with a pension offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support work (professional or personal) preferred.
• No formal personal care required; focus on companionship and daily support.
• Full training provided to succeed in the role.
